After the footing and foundation are done, it is time to begin the termite pre-treat. This process involves three steps:
- The interior and exterior of the footing are saturated with a chemical called Adonis.
- The back fill soil around the exterior of the foundation is treated.
- Upon completion of the home, including the installation of grass, the third treatment is applied.
The three step approach costs more, but is the proper way to protect your home.
